短肠综合征患者营养康复治疗的应用和护理

摘要 目的:探讨短肠综合征患者营养康复治疗的护理要点,以及并发症的预防和处理措施。方法:短肠综合征患者4例,进行分阶段营养支持和营养康复治疗。结果:4例完成预定治疗方案患者的营养状况明显改善,恢复经口饮食,腹泻减少,2例完全脱离肠外营养。结论:对短肠综合征患者施行规范的营养康复治疗和细致良好的护理措施,是促进其康复以及防治并发症的关键。 Objective:To investigate the application and nursing care of rehabilitation and nutritional therapy in patients with short bowel syndrome,and conclude the precautions and treatment of the complications.Methods:Four patients with short bowel syndrome were studied,they were treated with parenteral nutrition,enteral nutrition and rehabilitation therapy in different phases.Results:The nutritional state and the intestine function were significantly increased in all patients who completed the plans which were des...
