摘要
分析了导致民族高校中数字鸿沟的重要因素以及信息素质教育与数字鸿沟的关系。提出通过图书馆和其它教育力量相结合、分类教学与分层教学相结合、课堂实体教学与网络虚拟教学相结合以及评价标准和反馈机制相结合构建信息素质教育体系。
Main factors causing the digital divide in nationalities universities and the relationship between information-based quality education and digital divide are analyzed.It is proposed that libraries and other education departments should be coordinated in the following aspects,teaching be conducted at different levels and for different kinds,practical teaching be combined with virtual teaching,evaluation standard and feedback system,which is in order to construct information-based quality education system.
