外部性是一个非常重要的概念,其是新古典经济学主张政府干预市场的重要理论依据;外部性同时也是一个含义丰富甚至"不可捉摸"的概念。以科斯、德姆塞茨、巴泽尔、张五常等为代表的新制度经济学家从产权、交易费用、公共领域、合约不完全等视角对外部性进行了剖析,为我们提供了一个整合外部性理论的新框架。

externality is a very important conception,it is the basic reason for the neo-classic economists to interfere in economics.and on other hand,it is an 'intangible' conception,many New Institutional Economic(NIE) economist,such as Coase,Demsetz,Barzel and Cheung study it from aspect of property,transaction cost,public domain and imperfect contract.Obviously,this imply us build an framework to integrate the externality theories.
