体育院校就业指导工作现状的调查研究

A Research on the Present Condition of Job Orientation in Colleges of Physical Education——build a pattern of job orientation based on the concept of "life-long development"

在我国高校全面扩招和大学生就业制度改革深入推进的背景下,大学生就业面临前所未有的挑战,尤其是体育院校毕业的大学生的就业形势更是严峻。面对越来越市场化的就业机制,就业指导显得尤为重要,目前我国体育院校就业指导工作如何呢?带着问题,调查和分析了六所体育院系大学生就业指导工作现状,结果显示:目前被调查的五所所体育院校都设有专门的就业指导机构,但职责仍然沿袭其前身毕业分配办公室的工作;该机构的人力物力不能满足需要;68.3%大学生认为就业指导有必要;50.4%大学生对学校开展的就业指导工作不满意。在调查的基础上,提出了加强体育院校系统化的求职与就业指导,构建"生涯发展"下的就业指导体系的观点。
