The 21st century is the leisure era for human being.Sports become the main form of leisure which people take part in because of its multiplex patterns,varied content and the physiology,psychology,sociology values.The participation values of sports are recognized by more and more people;and sports have become the main form of leisure in developed countries.Along with the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,leisure sports are sure to become the main form of leisure in well-off China.
