As one of the most important part of the college scientific research management,scientific research fund data management has the pivotal function to the college scientific research management.Through analyzing questions presented in the college scientific research fund data management,the necessity of the college scientific research fund data management reform is pointed out and some tentative plans to the college scientific research fund data management reform are suggested.
