建筑工程质量监督管理模式的探讨

以往的建筑工程质量监督管理方式存在诸多弊端,缺乏对工程质量的有利保障.文中在对监督机构提倡"阳光监督",实行集体监督,建立服务与执法相结合的监督方式等方面进行探讨,以从根本上提高工程质量水平.

The quality monitoring of architectural works in the past exists a lot of abuses in supervisor mode.This paper advocates "sunlight intendance" to put collective supervision into practice and establish intendance mode combining service and the law.The quality monitoring and management mode of architectural engineering will be improved by "sunlight intendance",which will also enhance the level of engineering quality radically.
