关于达成两岸和平协议的几点思考

在刚刚闭幕的中国共产党十七大上,胡锦涛总书记首次把达成两岸和平协议的主张载入的正式政治文件中,明确阐述了两岸关系和平发展统一的政策立场。结合十六大以来胡锦涛总书记历次涉台讲话及两岸关系发展的现状,两岸达成和平协议是必要的,也是可能的,也必须认识到"台独"分裂势力是达成和平协议的最大障碍。达成和平协议,应做好几点工作:首先要促进在"九二共识"的基础上,尽快恢复两岸平等谈判;其次是推进两岸"三通",开创两岸经济交流和合作的新局面;再次是做好台湾人民的工作;第四是建立最广泛的反"独"统一战线。
