摘要
人力资本存量在很大程度上决定了一国服务贸易比较优势的形成,而人力资本积累则决定了一国服务贸易动态比较优势和服务贸易竞争力的形成。服务贸易比较优势和竞争优势与人力资本关系紧密。利用人力资本提高我国服务贸易竞争力的关键在于通过适当的途径和机制把丰富的处于自然状态的人力资本开发转换为具有现实生产能力和知识技能的雄厚人力资本。
