Seeking for the Unity of Ontology and Methodology——An Impression on Chungying Cheng's Onto-hermeneutic

成中英创立的"本体诠释学"理论,表现出两个基本的学术追求:促进中国哲学与西方哲学的融通、寻求本体论与方法论的统一。就其"本体诠释学"的内涵而言,主要可以从四个方面来把握:独特的"本体"界定、本体与方法之间的"本体诠释学圆环"、知识与价值的统一和本体诠释学的实践性维度。

Chungying Cheng s Onto-hermeneutics was brought forward for two essential purposes,to promote the fusion of Chinese philosophy and western philosophy,and to seek for the unity of ontology and methodology.Onto-hermeneutics could be understood through four parts:(1) unique definition of reality;(2) onto-hermeneutical circle between reality and method;(3) unity of knowledge and value;(4) practical trend of onto-hermeneutics.
