当前,安徽省农村基础教育比较薄弱,教师队伍存在问题较多,主要表现在数量不足、素质不高、结构不优、管理不顺和机制不活等方面。这一状况系多种因素所致,其中城乡二元结构体制、财政投入不足和教育改革滞后是主要原因。我们需要采取有效措施,加强农村教师队伍建设,充分发挥教育教学中教师为本的作用,以促进城乡教育的均衡发展。
