摘要
本文从成本——收益,各方利益主体以及"官煤勾结"等三个角度对矿难频发的原因进行了较为深刻的分析,并提出了切实可行的对策,这对如何解决矿难问题具有积极的意义。
The paper deeply analyzes the causes of frequent mine disasters from the following three aspects: each interest group involved,profits and the collusion between corrupted government officials with coal mine owners.The paper also puts forward some practical solutions which have great significance in solving the problem of mine disasters.
