摘要
法律、法规建设是图书馆实行民主和科学管理的根本保证,是图书馆事业走向文明和进步的重要标志。图书馆法必须立足国情、体现中国特色。制定图书馆法要借鉴发达国家的成功经验、最大程度地取长补短,求同存异,以实现我国法律的完美性。
The law and the law construction are the basic guarantee for the library implementation democracy and the scientific management and also the important symbol of the library enterprise moving to the civilized and progress..The library law must base on the national condition and reveal China s difference.In order to formulate the library law and make our county s law perfect,we should learn the other countries strong points and seek the common grounds.
