高校人力资源管理的核心是人才资源管理。深化高校用人制度改革,促进人力资源的合理配置;改变旧有观念,以人为本,创造良好的人文环境;实施人力资源开发,优化人力资源管理,使人力资源适应高校发展。加强人力资源中的风险管理形成有效的监控机制。
