乳腺癌中VEGF-C的表达及脉管生成的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌中VEGF-C的表达与肿瘤脉管生成的特点、相互关系及其临床意义。方法收集乳腺癌标本65例,采用原位杂交法检测肿瘤组织中VEGF-CmRNA的表达,采用SP免疫组织化学染色法以VEGFR-3多克隆抗体及CD34单克隆抗体分别标记肿瘤组织中淋巴管及微血管,计数淋巴管密度(LVD)及微血管密度(MVD),分析VEGF-C的表达与脉管生成及相关临床病理参数间的关系。结果VEGF-C阳性表达率为55.4%,淋巴转移组阳性率(76.2%)明显高于阴性组(45.5%),差异具有显著性(P<0.05);LVD及MVD计数分别6.3±3.0、11.6±7.0,其在转移组脉管计数(8.2±3.7、14.7±7.8)均高于无转移组(5.3±2.1、10.2±6.2),LVD计数在VEGF-C阳性组(7.2±3.4)亦高于阴性组(5.1±2.0),均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);MVD与VEGF-C表达无关,VEGF-C的表达及LVD和MVD均与患者年龄、肿块大小及临床分期无相关(P>0.05)。结论尽管VEGF-C不能促进乳腺癌中肿瘤血管生成,但是可通过诱导淋巴管生成而促进肿瘤淋巴转移,抑制VEGF-C的表达及脉管生成具有重要的治疗意义。 Objective To investigate the significance and relationship between VEGF-C expression and lymphangiogenesis/angiogenesis in breast cancer.
