摘要
立足于现代企业人力资源管理体系的特点,引入胜任力模型这一前沿理论,主要探讨如何在构建医院财务处处长的胜任力模型的基础上,应用这一构建的胜任力模型,甄选医院财务处处长,为医疗行业人力资源管理提供新思路、新方法,对于医疗卫生行业的人力资源管理的提升和改进,尤其是基于胜任力模型的甄选工作,具有很强的实践指导价值。
This thesis based on the characteristic of the modern enterprise’s Human Resources Management system,introduced"competency model",a leading theory in the field of Human Resources Management,and used this competency model into the selection of hospital finance director. it has significant theoretical and practical meaning in bringing a new concept and a new method into Chinese hospital human resource management.
