规模化猪场肺炎支原体血清学动态监测与启示 被引量:7

摘要 猪肺炎支原体是呼吸系统疾病综合征(PRDC)的重要病原,由此引起的喘气病给猪场造成显著的经济损失。了解目前规模化猪场猪肺炎支原体的感染动态对于制定相应的科学防疫策略大有帮助。本研究采用阻断ELISA方法对我国部分地区规模化猪场猪肺炎支原体血清流行病学状况进行了系统监测与分析,6个未免疫喘气病疫苗的规模化猪场全部为血清学阳性场,其中种猪的阳性率为90.5%,仔猪的阳性率为31.1%。后备、1~2胎、3~4胎、5~6胎以及大于6胎种猪抗体阳性率分别为100%、100%、95.2%、85.7%以及71.4%。4、7、10、13、16、20、24周龄仔猪抗体阳性率分别为16.2%、0%、0%、16.7%、35.3%、71.4%、100%。这表明我国规模化猪场肺炎支原体感染非常普遍,种猪和后期育成猪是猪场的主要传染源,但部分猪场存在早期感染,由于喘气病发展进程缓慢,因此规模化猪场应根据猪场生产体系、管理水平、感染压力和感染动态制定合适的免疫方案,并采取综合措施控制由支原体肺炎造成的损失,提高猪场生产指标。
