民族地区经济政策研究——对湘西土家族苗族自治州的实证分析

中国政府对少数民族地区的一系列优惠政策为促进各民族的共同繁荣起到了积极的作用。但由于国家总体经济形势的发展变化,一些经济政策相继失去作用。文章从民族地区财政、税收与产业政策的变迁入手,通过对湘西土家族苗族自治州的实证分析,解析民族地区经济发展的政策瓶颈,以此提出相应的政策建议。
