Leakage in Situ Test Evaluation Model Study of Equipment Hydraulic System

摘要 在分析通用液压元件结构的基础上,建立了装备液压系统原位检测条件下的泄漏量评估模型。以某型装备柱塞泵为例,进行了泄漏量评估标准的具体计算和原位不解体流量检测试验,通过对比检测结果和评估标准,判断出了该泵的技术状况。 On the basis of hydraulic components structure analysis,the evaluation model of hydraulic system leakage in situ test is established in this paper.Taking the piston pump of a certain type of equipment as an example,the leakage evaluation value is calculated and the flow rate in situ test is conducted.And through the comparison of the test value and the evaluation criterion,the technical condition of the pump is assessed.
