Some Theoretical Issues in Constructing Linguistic Harmony among Multi-Ethnic Groups in China

语言和谐是社会和谐的组成部分,是指不同的语言在一个社会里能够和谐共处,互补互利,在和谐中各尽其责,在和谐中发展。构建语言和谐是解决我国语言关系的最佳途径。语言互补是构建语言和谐的重要途径。构建语言和谐必须继续坚持宪法所规定的"各民族都有使用和发展自己的语言文字的自由";必须重视新时期民族语言问题的理论研究;必须抓好语言国情调查。
