尺骨冠状突骨折对肘关节稳定性影响

摘要 目的用实验方法分析尺骨冠状突骨折不同类型对肘关节稳定性的影响。方法选取上肢尸体标本4对,用生物力学机测试各种冠状突骨折时肘关节外翻及外旋稳定性。结果肘关节伸直外翻位移及外旋转角在冠状突无骨折、Ⅰ型骨折、Ⅱ型骨折,各组间无显著差异,冠状突Ⅲ型骨折时显著增大。结论冠状突骨折情况下,Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型骨折时肘在伸直外翻位及在伸直外旋位是稳定的,应以保守治疗为主,Ⅲ型骨折时不稳定,应该手术修复冠状突骨折。 Objective: The purpose of this experiment is to determine the elbow joint stability of each type fracture for the cure of the different coronoid process fractures of the ulna .Methods: Four pairs of embalmed anatomic specimen epipods were selected,testing the elbow joint eversion and external rotation stability under the condition of different types of coronoid process fracture with the biomechanics machine.Results: The elbow eversion displacement and external rotation corner are not statistically significa...
