摘要
20世纪30年代是一个充满危机、动荡不安的时代,面对经济危机和不断涌起的工人运动,美国罗斯福政府推出了广泛的劳工立法措施。这些劳工立法不仅对于缓和危机、稳定社会产生了积极作用,而且对当时的劳方、资方、政府三方关系格局也产生了重大影响,促使劳方力量增强、资方力量相对下降以及政府社会化因素增加,奠定了美国现代劳资关系的基础。
