摘要
目的:优选祖卡木胶囊提取工艺参数。方法:采用正交试验对提取祖卡木胶囊总黄酮的工艺条件进行优化;利用紫外可见分光光度计测量祖卡木胶囊中总黄酮含量。结果:祖卡木胶囊中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺参数为8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1小时。结论:此法简单可行方法重现性好,适用于工业化生产。
Objective:To optimize the extracting process for total flavonoids from Uygur medicine Zukamu capsules. Methods:Orthogonal design were ,utilized to optimize extracting process of Uygur medicine Zukamu capsules, concentration of total flavonoids was measured by the UV spectrophotometry.
