摘要
回转窑轴瓦发热的过程是一个非线性时变且有大延时的复杂系统,各个参数之间很难建立精确的数学模型,这给传统控制理论在该领域的应用带来很大的困难。针对这一问题,以回转窑筒体轴线、轴瓦润滑油的粘度、轴瓦的冷却为对象,将模糊专家系统的理论应用到托轮轴瓦温度的控制上。经过计算机仿真,其控制效果基本符合现场实际情况。
