摘要 在一台四缸直喷式柴油机上进行了生物柴油与普通柴油的磨损性能对比试验,运用L2020透反射双色铁谱显微镜观察了磨损试验时润滑油中的磨粒形貌特征,分析了柴油机在应用生物柴油时的腐蚀磨损及其机制。结果表明,生物柴油中的酸性物质、水分等杂质将导致发动机的腐蚀磨损。 The wear behaviors of general diesel oil and biodiesel were studied on a type of four-cylinder direct injection diesel engine.The wear particle morphology in the oil samples collected from lubricating oil applied in the wear test was observed by L2020 model ferrography microscope.The corrosion wear and its mechanism for the diesel engine fuelled with biodiesel were analyzed.The results show that the acidity and impurities such as moisture in biodiesel cause the corrosion wear in engine.
