摘要 考虑气体含量对液体粘度和液体密度的影响,建立了动压轴承气液混合润滑数学模型,利用数值方法对气液混合润滑动压轴承性能进行分析。结果表明,气体使得润滑液的粘度增加,液体等效密度减小。随着液体中气体含量的增加,油膜承载能力下降,刚度降低。 The behavior of dynamic bearing was calculated with consideration of bubble effect in lubricating oil.The mathematical models including an equivalence viscosity model and an equivalence density model were established by considering two elements of bubble content and pressure.The numerical analysis of bearing behavior was carried out at different rotation speed,bubble content and viscosity.The result shows that the viscosity increases with the increase of bubble content,but the loading capability and film ri...
