摘要
分析总结了常见的间隙约束副摩擦接触计算模型,用拉格朗日方法建立含间隙约束副的多体系统动力学模型,并用龙格-库塔法进行求解,获得系统的动态时域响应特性,利用快速傅立叶变化(FFT)得到系统的频谱,最后从时域和频域对不同的摩擦接触模型下系统动态响应进行对比分析。计算结果表明应用Hertz接触算法得到的动态响应峰值最大,超谐现象突出,振动明显;连续接触模型的响应峰值最小,响应频率带宽较窄;摩擦因数增大会对碰撞振动起抑制作用,降低系统的混沌效应。
