摘要
目的探讨腔内技术治疗上尿路结石致急性梗阻性无尿的临床效果。方法25例急性上尿路梗阻性无尿患者在该院接受了腔内治疗,21例行输尿管镜取石术,4例接受了微创经皮肾取石术。结果术后患者当日就有尿液排出,最多每日6800mL/d,辅助治疗后血肌酐下降至82～260μmol/L。结论上尿路结石致急性梗阻性无尿需要尽早解除梗阻,而腔内技术提供了一种安全有效的微创方法。
[Objective] To investigate the safety and feasibility of endoscopic treatment for acute obstructive anuria induced by upper urinary tract calculi. [Methods] From February 2004 to April 2007, 25 cases with acute obstructive anuria induced by upper urinary tract calculi received endoscopic treatment, 21 cases were treated with ureteroscopy and 4 cases with minimallly invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
