摘要
辣椒素是辣椒中引起辛辣成分,已广泛应用于食品、医药等行业。该文介绍四种提取辣椒素方法,且对辣椒素镇痛作用及机制进行综述,以期为辣椒素进一步开发研究提供参考。
Capsaicin is the pungent components of capsicum,which are widely used in food, pharmaceutical and other industries.The paper introduces four methods for extract the capsaicin and summarizes the analgesic effect and mechanism .The fundamental information would help the further development of capsaicin.
