摘要
在液压阀控缸的基础上,改变负载就能获得不同的液压伺服控制系统。分析了阀控非对称缸的负载压力—流量特性,建立了阀控缸流量连续性方程和液压缸的力平衡方程,推导了阀控缸位置控制系统动态特性的数学模型。采用MATLAB软件的SIMULINK模块对阀控缸位置控制系统进行动态特性仿真分析,并进行了实验验证,结果表明:所建数学模型及仿真结果接近实际工况,能满足不同液压伺服控制系统负载特性的分析需要。
