摘要
日益严重的农村环境污染与生态破坏,不仅损害着农民的利益,威胁着农民的生命财产与经济来源,而且制约着农业的可持续发展。对此,在新农村的建设中,应加强环境保护工作:发展生态农业,完善农村环境法制体系,做好环境规划,提高农民的环境意识,构建人类与自然的和谐社会。
The worsening rural environmental pollution and ecological destruction harm the benefits of farmers,threaten the life,property and economical sources of farmers and constrain agricultural sustainability.Therefore,the environmental protection should be strengthened in construction of new rural construction,such as developing ecological agriculture,perfecting law system of rural environment,working out environmental planning,enhancing the environmental awareness of farmers and constructing harmonious society ...
