摘要
本文针对河北省唐山境内新发现的冀东南堡油田,开发前期的石油化工建设项目存在的主要问题进行了分析,从科学发展观角度对石油化工行业存在的环境保护问题,清洁生产环保准入,以及合理规划全面布局减少污染物的排放等方面提出了建议。
The major environmental problems of petro-chemical engineering industry of Nan Bao oil field which is newly found oil field in Tang Shan city of He Bei province are analyzed before its development,and from the view of scientific development,the environmental problems that exist in petro-chemical engineering industry,environmental approval conditions of cleaner production,rational planning and reducing pollutant emission are proposed.
