摘要
GIS是地理空间数据管理的有效工具,近几年其在大熊猫自然保护区管理中开始广泛应用,但是应用尚不够深入。本文主要从GIS应用于大熊猫种群数量、分布及活动规律监测、栖息地植被动态变化监测、影响大熊猫的其他动物监测、人类活动对大熊猫影响的监测几个方面进行了回顾和总结,最后提出了以后基于GIS进行大熊猫监测研究的重点,即建立完善的大熊猫监测体系、收集可供GIS处理的基础资料、"3S"技术一体化应用研究、数学模型开发与应用、人工智能开发、WebGIS应用研究等,从而为大熊猫监测和管理提供技术参考。
