热带睡莲地下茎越冬贮藏试验

The Experimentations of Overwintering Tropical Waterlily Tubers

通过对不同休眠状态的热带睡莲(Nymphaea)地下茎,在不同消毒处理和不同的藏沙湿度下进行了越冬沙藏试验。结果显示:在西安地区,沙藏是一种简单、高效的热带睡莲地下茎贮藏方式,贮藏成活率可达95%以上,贮藏用沙和地下茎无需消毒处理,置于9~17℃黑暗处,藏沙湿度以40%~80%为宜。

The experimentation of overwintering tropical waterlily tubers was carried out by different dormant phases of tropical waterlily tubers,different disinfection levels and different sand humidity.Tht results showed that storing in the sand was a simple and high efficient overwintering method in Xi an for tropical waterlily tubers,the survival rates of overwintering were above 95%,the tubers and sand did not sterilized,sand humidity in 40%～80% was better under in dark and at 9～17℃.
