摘要
介绍了攀成钢采用铁水→80 t转炉→LF钢包精炼炉→五机五流方坯连铸工艺生产低碳低硅BL2钢的工艺试验。通过控制转炉终点碳、出钢下渣,制定合理脱氧工艺、LF炉Ca处理工艺,强化连铸保护浇铸等技术措施,解决了生产低碳低硅钢存在的脱氧、浇铸、成份控制等技术难题,为公司大量开发此钢种奠定了技术基础。
This article describes the study on the low-carbon and low-silicon BL2 steel production process of PGGCSST as liquid iron→80 t converter→LF refined-smelting ladle furnace→5-strand square billet casting.By controlling end-point carbon and tapping and slag amount,using reasonable deoxidizing method and Ca processing method in LF furnace,and strengthening protective pouring,the process has solved the technical problems of low-carbon and low-silicon steel production such as deoxidation,pouring and element contr...
