摘要
达钢450 m3高炉煤粉喷吹系统于2005年建成投产,设计为无烟煤与烟煤混喷。试生产阶段采用无烟煤喷吹,然后进行无烟煤和烟煤混喷并逐渐提高烟煤比例,直至实现全烟煤喷吹。在实现全烟煤喷吹以后,高炉平均风温提高了105℃,冶炼强度提高了0.240 t/m3.d,焦比降低了151 kg/t。因此,全烟煤喷吹这一工艺的成功实现,为达钢集团公司带来了巨大的经济效益。
