Influencing Factors and Propulsion Tactics of Undergraduates′ Autonomous Sports

通过对江苏省16所普通高校大学生、专家领导的调查,揭示了影响大学生自主体育活动的各类因素,提出建立课内外一体化的体育教学新模式,使课内与课外两个活动过程能真正的相互影响,相互作用并达到完美的结合与统一,是学生自我学习和体现自我价值最重要的途径,也是推进自主体育活动的根本保证。

By investigating the undergraduates and experts of sixteen universities,We disclosure the influencing factors of undergraduates autonomous sports.We propose a novel mode of physical education,which makes the lessons and extracurricular activities impact each other to reach a winning combination.This mode is an important method for the undergraduates to achieve the value of ego,and it also guarantees the propulsion of the autonomous sports.
