对于广播电视播音或主持人而言,语言和文字的应用能力是两项极其重要的能力。应该让"文"和"语"相辅相成、互相促动。在新闻节目的主持中,文稿播读的过程是一个"文"的"语化"过程,播音员、主持人应该将稿子融化成自己的语言,让人听起来舒服自然。写作水平的提高,自然也会促进对稿件的理解,就能很快抓住文章的层次、主题,确定基调,融会贯通。无稿的播音不是信口开河,而是有充分准备的即兴口语,也就是说无稿也要象有稿。广播电视中的口语要汲取书面语精华,实现"口语中的书面语"。
