摘要 以"林畬早薯"山药茎段、"龙薯3号"甘薯茎尖和"六月红"芋茎尖为外植体,研究了培养基中添加高温处理和常温无菌过滤处理25 mg/L苯甲酸钠的杀菌抑菌效果。结果表明,25 mg/L苯甲酸钠能有效降低植物组织培养过程中的污染率,并且对外植体分化率的影响不明显;经高温处理和常温下过滤处理的苯甲酸钠在植物组织培养中的杀菌抑菌效果区别不显著。 In this research,stem of chinese yam,vine-tips of Longshu 3 and "June Red"eddo as explants,the asepsis effects of sodium benzoate by different treatments with 25 mg/L in medium were tested.The results showed that sodium benzoate with 25 mg/L could reduce pollution rate effectively,and had little influence to its differentiation rate;there was no significant difference in the asepsis effects of sodium benzoate in tissue culture with high temperature treatment and filtration treatment under normal temperature...
