摘要
从解剖学角度观察了三角梅插穗不定根的发育过程,结果表明:一年生插穗茎内无潜伏根原基,不定根由诱生根原基发育形成,诱生根源于初生射线与维管形成层交汇处细胞的分裂分化。扦插初期插穗表皮气孔开张并突起,诱生根原基细胞迅速分裂分化,插后16 d,根原基发育为幼小不定根并伸出周皮之外,插穗生根过程未见愈伤组织分化。
In this article,the developmental course of the adventitious roots from cutting of Bougainvillea spectabilis was observed with the anatomical method.The results showed as follows: There was no incubate root primordium in the one-year-old Bougainvillea spectabilis.The adventitious root developed from the induced root primodium,which originated from the division and differentiation of the vascular cambium cell touching with the pith ray.After 16 days,adventitious root primordia developed into young adventitio...
