海峡西岸经济区高等职业教育人才队伍建设战略研究

A strategic study on the talent construction at higher vocational colleges in West-strait Economic Zone

近年来福建高职院校师资队伍规模稳步增长、结构进一步优化、素质持续提升,队伍建设取得了可喜成绩,但也存在着教师队伍的数量、结构与高等职业教育的迅速发展不相适应,其素质、技能与应用型人才培养的要求不相适应,管理机制难以适应职业教育的特殊性等问题。为此,海峡西岸经济区高等职业教育人才队伍建设必须实施三大战略:实施区域战略,打造高技能人才培养的坚实基础;实施质量战略,提升整体素质,重视"双师"队伍建设;实施可持续发展战略,保证人才队伍建设科学健康地发展。
