多层螺旋CT胸部常规扫描参数的优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]优化多层(4层)螺旋CT胸部常规扫描参数.[方法]采用不同扫描参数给60例正常成年人进行胸部CT扫描,A组采用8.0 mm采集层厚、3.5 mm螺距、8.0 mm重建层厚,B组采用5.0 mm采集层厚、6.0 mm螺距、8.0 mm重建层厚,对获得的轴位和后处理图像进行对照分析和评价.[结果]B组参数匹配可获取较高质量的肺纹理及纵隔图像,降低辐射剂量,延长X线管球寿命,但对肺门伪影及图像噪声的产生有一定影响.[结论]采集层厚5.0 mm,螺距6.0 mm,重建层厚8.0 mm是4层螺旋CT胸部常规检查效果较佳的参数匹配.
