摘要
[目的]探讨松茸多糖的提取工艺.[方法]采用20 g/L Na2CO3溶液在90℃条件下提取松茸多糖,采用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定松茸多糖质量.[结果]每kg松茸中可测得的松茸多糖质量为33.1 g.[结论]最佳提取条件为90℃,20 g/L的Na2CO3.
OBJECTIVE To study the methods of extraction and determination of polysaccharides in the tricholoma matsutake.METHODSCrude polysaccharides were obtained from the tricholoma matsutake throuth 20g/L Na2CO3 extraction in 90℃,boiling water extraction.Then Phenol sulphate colorimetry was used to determine the content of polysaccharides of the tricholoma matsutake.RESULTSThe content of polysaccharides of the tricholoma matsutake is 33.1g.CONCLUSIONThe condition of extraction of polysaccharides in the tricholoma m...
