摘要
初任期外语教师都有一定的职业焦虑感。对教学日记反思的行动研究是青年教师摆脱初任期职业焦虑感,实现自主发展的有效途径。
Foreign language teachers in their introductory period all have certain degree of anxiety about their career.Action research which emphasizes the reflection on teaching diary can effect relieve green-hand teachers of their anxiety and promote their self-initiated development.
