摘要 目的探讨强制性运动疗法对脑缺血后神经元轴突再生及Nogo-A蛋白水平的影响。方法应用免疫组化及Western blot方法并结合行为学观察强制性运动疗法对脑缺血后神经元轴突再生及Nogo-A蛋白的表达的影响。结果脑缺血后强制性运动疗法能够促进患侧肢体运动功能的恢复,促进皮质脊髓束的再生,并能降低脑组织Nogo-A蛋白的表达水平。结论强制性运动疗法可能通过影响脑缺血后的神经再生过程从而增强中枢神经系统的修复能力。 Objective To investigate the effects of constraint-induced movement therapy (CIMT) on axonal regeneration and the expression of Nogo-A protein after stroke. Method This study investigated the effects of CIMT on axonal regeneration and the expression of Nogo-A protein using immunohistochemistry and Western blot combined with behavioral tests.
