摘要
本研究采用浮选工艺和简单的药剂制度,从湿法冶炼酸浸废渣中获得了含铅42~44%、作业回收率96%的铅精矿,及含锌32~35%、作业回收率77~80%的锌精矿,锌精矿含银2162g/t、银的回收率为64.79%。选别效果非常显著,基本上实现了尾矿零排放,使废渣得到了资源化利用,并保护了环境。
The research showed using flotation technology and simple reagents,the lead concentrate were obtained with lead grade of 42~44%、recovery of 96% and zinc concentrate were obtained with zinc grade of 32~35%、recovery of 77~80% and with silver of 2162g/t,silver recovery of 64.79% from the hydrometallurgy leach residue.The obtained index is relatively ideal and tailings zero emission is realized,which protect the environment and fully utilize the resource of acid leaching residue.
