摘要
用ICP-AES法测无铅焊锡中的元素,改进了样品溶解方法,用硝酸盐酸混酸溶解样品,加入硫脲稳定溶液中的银离子。
A method for the determination of silver,copper,lead content in lead-free soldering tin is discussed in this paper.The mixed acid(hydrochloric acid and nitric acid) is used for sample dissolution,and thiourea is add to the digested solution forming the silver-thiourea iron complex,making the silver iron more stable in the hydrochloric acid solution.
