服务策略趋同背景下的企业服务策略创新 被引量:1

摘要 用优质服务来打造企业的竞争优势,已成为越来越多的企业的共识。但企业顾客服务策略趋同现象也日益明显。在此背景下,企业要想继续用优质服务来形成和保持自己的竞争优势,就必须不断进行服务策略的创新。而服务策略创新需要有系统的创新思路,本文从真正树立服务理念,全面与深入了解服务策略,合理导入服务创新体系,建立优质服务标准,建立和培养一支高度重视顾客服务的员工队伍,合理确定员工在顾客服务方面的权力和责任,实现企业服务活动的整体化、显性化与整合化等方面探索了这类创新思路。
