摘要
介绍了S波段高精度小量化台阶Π型电阻衰减器的设计原理,并对其特性进行了分析。当衰减量不大于15dB时衰减量频率响应曲线较平坦,衰减量超过22dB频率响应曲线抖动加剧。在衰减量大于22dB后,即使R1增加很多,衰减量也不会有多大提高,且驻波性能变差。通过专用测试电路,获得了这种衰减器的幅、相频特性,并成功应用于某型号产品的和差波束形成网络的设计。
The design principle of an S-band,high accuracy,small quantized,Π-type attenuator is presented;and an analysis is made on its characteristics.When the attenuation quantity is not larger than 15dB,its frequency response curve is flat;and when it exceeds 22dB,the curve jitters much.After the attenuation quantity is larger than 22dB,it will little increase even the R1 rises much,and the performance of the standing wave will be worse.Via a special test circuit,the amplitude and phase-frequency characteristics o...
