热休克预处理抑制脊髓缺血再灌注后自由基损害的实验研究

The Prohibitive Effects on Free Radicals in Ischemia-reperfusion Injury of Rabbit Spinal Cords by Heat Shock Preconditioning

摘要 目的研究热休克预处理对兔脊髓缺血再灌注损伤氧自由基损伤的抑制效果。方法新西兰白兔54只,采用主动脉夹闭法,随机分为3组:①假手术组(S组)6只;②缺血再灌注组(I/R组)24只;③热休克预处理组(HP组)24只。缺血再灌注后4,12,24,48hI/R组和HP组随机抽取6只兔,比较各组动物的后肢运动功能,脊髓组织热休克蛋白70(HSP70)的表达、病理学改变、脊髓匀浆液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果各个时间点上,HP组运动功能评分优于I/R组;HP组病理学改变明显较I/R组轻。HP组表达HSP阳性率远高于I/R组。SOD的活力HP组高于I/R组,MDA含量HP组低于I/R组。结论热休克预处理对脊髓缺血再灌注损伤后自由基损伤具有抑制作用。 Objective To study the prohibitive effects on free radicals in ischemia-reperfusion injury of rabbit spinal cords by heat shock preconditioning.Methods 54 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups:sham- operation group(S group) 6 rabbits, ischemia/reperfusion group (I/R group) 24 rabbits and heat shock preconditioning group(HP group) 24 rabbits.
